Shipping policy

Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: shipping charges apply based on your delivery location and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/email so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out and we'll help you track it.
