No. Qwashi does not offer customization — each piece is designed and made in fixed styles and sizes only.
Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery. This includes the time needed to craft your garment and ship it through our courier partners.
Currently, we ship across India.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to follow your package.

No. Since each piece is made to order in your selected size, we do not accept returns, refunds, or size changes. Please review your size and details carefully before placing your order.
We provide a detailed Size Guide for shirts and co-ord sets. Please check measurements carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. However, we encourage prepaid orders for faster processing.
