The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. Linen:
- Hand wash separately in cold water.
- Use mild detergent.
- Do not wring. Line dry in shade.
- Warm iron if needed.
Embroidered pieces:
- Hand wash gently and avoid scrubbing the embroidery.
- Iron on the reverse side.
